I've tried weight loss programs in the past, but Naturally Slim is the only program that worked for me long term. I can eat what I want and there is no special food to eat or counting to do. This makes it easy to follow with a busy schedule at home as well as when I'm traveling. When I started Naturally Slim I weighed 240 pounds and wore a size 26w. Now I'm 125 pounds and wear a size 4. People say that I look much younger and I feel much better.

I simply followed the basic eating techniques Marcia teaches in class. I eat only when I'm hungry (level 3). I chew slowly and take at least 30 minutes to eat plus a five minute break and drink LOTS of H2Orange. I do exercise now (walking), but I lost 25 pounds before I started any exercise. It's all in how and when you eat. I feel better and I look better. This would be wonderful for anyone who can't exercise easily (although any form of exercise would help). By doing this program eating only then I am hungry and eating slow I've lost 45 pounds so far. In late May 2003, my then 18 year old son was somewhat delightfully expressing that I was making "Dad" noises (you know, those grunts and groans) each time I got up from the couch.
